Our staff and shipping carriers are adapting to the COVID-19 physical distancing realities and this is impacting our drop ship program in the following ways:
► Fedex and Canada Post do not require a signature when delivering to a residential address.
► No PO Box is accepted.
► During this period of physical distancing drivers are instructed to leave parcels at the door of patients homes. Since no signatures are allowed, “trust is the word” and OrthoCanada will not be able to ship out a new order for free.
Please note that due to the events surrounding COVID-19 manufacturers of PPE and infection control products are experiencing shortages. We are monitoring the situation very closely and updating availability on our website on an ongoing basis. In order to avoid bulk buying and in the spirit of trying to spread these essential supplies to as many customers as possible we have put maximum quantities per order on some products.
